Job summary

St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport is seeking an OR Radiologic Technologist to perform intraoperative radiographic imaging. You will work with surgeons using O-Arm and C-Arms to guide procedures, and provide imaging for ERCP/GI exams as needed.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiography program, CT Radiographer license, ARRT certification in Radiography, at least 2 years of experience, and BLS certification. Shift: four 10-hour shifts with call and holiday obligations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography program.
• State of Connecticut Radiographer license.
• ARRT certification in Radiography.
• Minimum 2 years of completed experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The OR Radiologic Technologist performs radiographic imaging in the operating room during intra-operative procedures. Our OR Techs operate specialized imaging equipment such as O-Arm, C-Arms and mini C-Arm cases. You will collaborate with surgeons and other OR staff to ensure radiology guidance is available and appropriate for specific OR cases. Our OR Radiologic Technologists perform imaging for ERCP/GI exams as needed.
