Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking an OR Radiologic Technologist to operate and maintain radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images for surgical procedures. The role follows established policies to ensure patient care remains excellent.

New grads and experienced technologists are welcome to apply. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation stipend are available for eligible full-time positions, with various day-shift options and shift differentials offered.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an approved radiologic technology program or equivalent.
• Licensure with ARRT or applicable governing body.
• Knowledge of safety standards and radiation protection basics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images for surgical procedures.
• Review exam requests and patient ID to ensure accurate imaging.
• Ensure exams meet quality and compliance standards and are completed timely.
• Provide radiation protection for patients, staff and self according to safety standards.
• Assist in orientation and training of new staff.
