Northwestern Memorial Hospital is seeking an OR Radiographer to perform radiologic procedures under the medical direction of an attending radiologist. The role covers OR/Surgical imaging, operating C-Arm and vascular equipment, and supporting Lithotripsy procedures as needed.

This full-time, rotating position includes weekend and holiday on-call, with a three-month orientation followed by a Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule. Illinois licensure and radiography certification are required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates imaging requests and determines appropriate procedures.
• Performs imaging with safety and ethical conduct.
• Documents procedures and maintains patient and film records.
• Operates imaging systems and trims patient positioning for quality images.
• Provides patient education before, during, and after procedures.
• Reviews own and peers’ images for quality and comparison.
• Assists with staffing and scheduling as needed.
• Maintains supplies and clean imaging areas.
