Job summary

Peterson Health in Kerrville, TX, seeks a perioperative support team member on a full-time basis to assist in Pre-op, Post-op, and intra-procedural units. You will help maintain clean, well-supplied operating areas and support nurses and physicians in delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities include assisting with patient transport and promoting a positive patient experience. Required Basic Life Support and a high school diploma or GED, with preferred OR experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions; strong organizational skills.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• One year or more hospital OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ancillary support to multiple procedural suites and assist with room turnover to promote OR efficiency and throughput.
