You will oversee productivity, budgets, policies, and quality initiatives while promoting professional development and evidence-based practice within a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing supervisor role requires active RN license and leadership ability.
• Associate's degree or higher in nursing or related field.
• Two years of relevant clinical or supervisory experience preferred.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient care.
• Oversee OR nursing staff; manage scheduling, resources, and workflows.
• Promote evidence-based practice and staff professional development.
• Advocate for nursing staff and ensure ethical, high-quality care.
• Participate in budget planning and quality initiatives.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly in the OR suite.
