Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an OR Supervisor in Marble Falls, TX to lead a skilled nursing team in a busy operating room. You will ensure safe, compassionate patient care, oversee productivity, and manage budgets and resources while driving quality initiatives.

The role requires RN licensure, an Associate's degree, and 2+ years of OR experience, with BLS within 30 days. This is a full-time day-shift position in a collaborative hospital environment.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years nursing experience and an Associate's Degree.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
