Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking aRegistered Nurse forOperating Room in Everett, Washington. This 13-week contract role involves flexible start/stop times with a mix of 10s and 12s shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.

Weekend coverage and approximately 4 call shifts per 13-week rotation are typical. Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, providing pre/postoperative care, patient education, and ensuring OR safety with the surgical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of OR experience.
• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or greater is required.
• Scrub experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with surgical procedures and provide preoperative and postoperative patient care.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient operating room environment.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions throughout their surgical experience.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and best practices.
