Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required within 3 years of hire or transfer.
• 1 year of demonstrated clinical leadership experience.
• Current State of PA RN licensure OR multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Preferred Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• National Certification and compliance with background/fingerprinting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of patient care department under Nurse Manager.
• Promote professional development through coaching, feedback, and governance.
• Monitor patient safety, quality metrics, and regulatory readiness; implement action plans.
• Manage finances; ensure budget adherence and efficient resource use.
• Foster staff engagement and collaboration across units and departments.
