Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking an OR Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in the operating room. You will assess patients, implement care plans, and supervise ancillary staff during day shifts. The role requires active RN licensure in Michigan and adherence to standards of practice.

ACLS is required within six months for applicable units; NRP and PALS certifications are required as specified. This position is full-time with on-site responsibilities in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license.
• ACLS within six months for relevant units; NRP for Labor & Delivery; PALS for Pediatrics.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess each patient, document and evaluate response to plan of care.
• Plan and implement the patient’s plan of care and provide teaching.
• Oversee all ancillary personnel for technical tasks.
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and standards.
