Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with a specialization in Operating Room procedures to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical nursing and demonstrate expertise across a variety of procedures.

Responsibilities include providing patient care in the OR, collaborating with the surgical team, and maintaining the sterile environment. Da Vinci Robot experience is required, with a preference for Total Joint Orthopedic cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OR Registered Nurse.
• Proficiency in using the Da Vinci Robot for surgical procedures.
• Experience in Total Joint Orthopedic surgeries is highly preferred.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with rotating evening and weekend call duties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, including the Da Vinci Robot, to assist in complex procedures.
• Participate in the preparation and maintenance of the OR environment.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
