Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Uptown is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) Circulator to provide nursing care during surgical cases. The Circulating RN will position and prep the patient and circulate the case to support a safe, efficient procedure.

The role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Prior OR experience is preferred, Texas RN licensure required, and the position is based at the Uptown campus in North Texas.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas.
• Experience in operating room nursing preferred.
• Ability to position patient and prep for surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during surgery and assist the surgical team.
• Position patient, prep room, and ensure sterile field.
• Circulate the case, monitor patient status, and document intraoperative events.
