Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Uptown in Dallas is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (Circulator) to provide nursing care and service during surgery cases.

The Circulating RN will position and prep the patient, circulate the case, and support the perioperative team. Requires graduation from an accredited RN program, active Texas RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS as required; minimum 1 year Circulator experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Positioning and prepping the patient during surgery.
• Circulating the case and supporting the operating team.
• Provide nursing care and perioperative assistance throughout procedures.
