Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Operating Room (OR) nurse for a 13-week assignment in Devils Lake, North Dakota. You will provide safe perioperative care in preoperative, intraoperative, and immediate postoperative phases, functioning as circulating and scrub nurse as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining sterile field, coordinating with surgeons and anesthesia, handling instruments, and following regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• RN license in North Dakota or compact allowed.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based perioperative care across preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases.
• Function as circulating nurse by coordinating care and maintaining sterile environment.
• Function as scrub nurse by preparing instruments and maintaining counts.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative staff to ensure patient safety.
