Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking Registered Nurses for 13-week assignments across units in Nashville, TN. The Staffing Collaborative provides a travel-nurse‑style structure with premium pay and optional health benefits.

Assignments may require weekends/holidays. Minimum requirements align with full-time staff expectations in each unit, with potential float between units and 36–40 hour weeks depending on unit needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse required.
• Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program (or equivalent experience) and 1 year of RN experience.
• Preferred 2+ years of recent OR RN experience.
• LCR: RN, BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care and coordinates care delivery.
• Analyzes information to determine nursing diagnoses and interventions.
• Evaluates patient progress toward goals and ensures safe outcomes.
• Promotes health and a safe environment and supports continuous professional growth.
