Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, seeks an RN Clinical Specialist for the Operating Room. The role requires leadership of a multidisciplinary team and ensuring high-quality patient care in a fast-paced OR setting.

Minimum five years nursing experience in a specialty and at least one year of direct supervisory experience is preferred; full-time day shift offered with comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Florida.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Assumes shift responsibility for planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care.
• Directs and facilitates nursing staff to achieve safe, optimal health care outcomes.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members and directs care delivery in the Operating Room.
• Reviews and audits documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
