Job summary

The ideal candidate has five or more years of specialty nursing experience, at least one year of direct supervisory experience (preferred), and current Florida RN licensure

Qualifications

• Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Florida RN licensure.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Minimum five years of specialty nursing experience.
• Minimum one year of direct supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe, optimal outcomes.
• Lead and support nursing staff, ensuring patient-centered care.
• Align with facility vision and goals and uphold Service Excellence.
