Job summary

Rinvio Recruitment is seeking an RN Circulator in Lancaster, NH to support the OR team during surgeries. The Circulating RN will ensure tools and equipment are ready, track intraoperative events, and document team activity under the Surgical Services Director.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of recent hospital OR experience, ENDO familiarity, and current ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications. NH nursing license or compact license required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospital OR with recent experience in OR/Endo (ENDO).
• Experience circulating for surgeries: orthopedic, general, podiatry, ENT, ENDO.
• Scrub nurse or PACU experience preferred but Circulating RN is essential.
• Proficiency with computer applications and records management.
• Ability to start IVs and manage central lines; familiarity with ventilators/BiPAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify OR tools and equipment; ensure readiness for procedures.
• Maintain accurate intraoperative records including team, events, and issues.
• Support Surgical Services Director and operate within the circulating RN role during surgeries.
