• Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to provide quality care.
• Develops and communicates a care plan in collaboration with patient and family.
• Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures with appropriate judgment.
• Maintains accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
• Pursues professional growth, maintaining knowledge and licensure per policy.
• Demonstrates teamwork and supports department goals.
• Participates in required safety trainings and follows exposure control plans.
