Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional patient care across care stages.

You will assess patients, plan and implement care with a focus on evidence-based practice, and coordinate with the health care team to optimize outcomes. You will collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team to deliver individualized plans, educate patients, and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• 1 year of OR experience.
• BSN preferred; accredited institution.
• Degree will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using physical, social, and psychological information.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with patient education.
• Coordinate plan of care with interdisciplinary team and family.
• Direct and delegate care to ensure timely, safe delivery.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans as needed.
