Job summary

The Revo Health Surgery Center is seeking an Operating Room Circulator – Registered Nurse to deliver optimum care in the OR. You will support anesthesia, prepare the surgical suite, manage instruments, and ensure patient safety throughout the intraoperative phase.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred or combination of education and experience.
• RN licensure in MN or WI multi-state required.
• BLS certification required or obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses instrumentation, supply and equipment needs for scheduled procedures and prepares the surgical suite.
• Maintains an aseptic environment throughout the intraoperative process.
• Assists in picking supplies and instrumentation per surgeon preference cards.
• Administers medications and labels specimens per policies.
• Collaborates with anesthesia and other disciplines to support patient safety and outcomes.
• Completes patient records accurately and participates in post-operative assessment.
