Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Active RN license/registration.
• ACLS required within 90 days for certain units; PALS within 90 days for Emergency Care.
• Soatical adherence to evidence-based nursing protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and therapies and evaluate patient responses.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to clinical changes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
