Job summary

Mia Aesthetics is seeking an OR Circulator in Littleton, CO to support perioperative care. You will assist with patient care, document procedures, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma, Medical Assistant Certification/Registration as applicable, and a valid BLS certification. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with a strong focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Medical Assistant Certification/Registration depending on state.
• Holds and maintains a Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various audiences.
• Superior listening skills with the ability to follow instructions in emergencies.
• Ability to synthesize patient data and implement action plans.
• Excellent manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Prepares surgery suites with supplies and equipment for procedures.
• Monitors inventory of surgical supplies and notifies when needed.
• Operates medical equipment per approved policies and standards.
• Restocks surgery suites after procedures.
• Collaborates with surgical and clinical teams on patient care.
• Records intraoperative information in patient charts accurately.
• Ensures OR remains clean, safe, and sanitary at all times.
• Follows HIPAA policies and procedures at all times.
• Attends mandatory training and unit meetings.
