CommonSpirit Health in California is seeking an OR Attendant to perform cleaning, sanitizing and patient transport to support surgeons and the nursing team.

You will work closely with caregivers delivering direct patient service, ensuring safety and efficiency, with responsibilities including moving patients, preparing rooms, and maintaining equipment in a high-care environment. CPR certification is required along with a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years hospital experience as Nursing Attendant.
• CPR certification required.

Aufgaben

• Cleaning and sanitizing the operating department areas and equipment.
• Transport patients to and from Pre Post, PACU, GI Lab, Surgery and other departments.
• Maintain readiness of gurneys and department equipment according to guidelines.
• Check ORs for furniture and equipment for upcoming cases and return unused items to clean condition.
• Transport blood products, specimens, beds and equipment as needed.
• Record Operating Room temperature, humidity and refrigerator temperature daily.
