This is an onsite position that utilizes solar construction and heavy equipment operations knowledge and experience to interact with field employees and supervisors to observe and evaluate their knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform covered tasks safely and effectively. The OQ Evaluator and Trainer will facilitate equipment training for the company's Registered Apprenticeship Program, delivering hands‑on instruction in heavy equipment operation and related construction skills to support apprentice development and progression. The role may also participate in creating, developing, improving, and delivering high-quality technical training for employees through distance learning, instructor‑led, and hands‑on training methods. During this process, the OQ Evaluator and Trainer will partner with peers, vendors, industry associations, and both internal and external experts to identify and improve training content to enhance employee task mastery. May work independently or as a member of a team of peer training professionals.

This compensation range is based on a full‑time schedule.
