*OPWDD Cook – Full-Time & Flexible Schedules Available*

*Locations:*
*Commack, NY 11725* (Flexible Shifts: 5 AM-1:30 PM, 10 AM-6:30 PM, 11 PM-7 AM)
*East Northport, NY 11731* (Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 11 AM-7 PM)

We are seeking dedicated Cooks to prepare meals for individuals with developmental disabilities in OPWDD residential settings.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and cook meals according to dietary guidelines and residents' needs
* Ensure food is properly stored, handled, and served following health and safety standards
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
* Follow OPWDD regulations and dietary restrictions
* Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive dining experience for residents

*Requirements:*
* *Must have prior Cook experience* (restaurant, healthcare, or similar setting preferred)
* Ability to follow special dietary requirements
* Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
* Ability to pass OPWDD background clearance
* High school diploma
