Job summary
Eyetastic Services, LLC is seeking an Optometrist to blend patient care with clinical leadership in a hybrid Vice President of Clinical Services role. You will remain hands-on with eye exams while guiding a growing network of practices and shaping clinical strategy.

Qualifications
- OD from an accredited program and Texas license with therapeutic privileges
- Minimum 3 years of clinical optometry experience
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
- Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance billing/coding preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and prescribe corrective lenses
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards
- Mentor and elevate staff optometrists
- Champion clinical roundtables and advance technology adoption
- Partner with executive leaders on strategic growth and clinical KPIs
