Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Texas Optometry License with therapeutic privileges (or eligible).
• 3+ years of hands-on clinical optometry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership or mentorship.
• Proficiency with modern EHR systems; familiarity with insurance billing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care and set enterprise-wide clinical protocols.
• Mentor and develop staff optometrists across locations.
• Lead doctor roundtables, case discussions, and educational updates.
