Position Summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, provides vision care products and services to create value for guests. We seek an Independent Doctor of Optometry to serve as an Associate Optometrist within a Subleasing Optometrist practice. As an Associate Doctor, you will work under the Affiliated Doctor, delivering high‑quality optometric care and service while having full scope of practice under the terms negotiated directly with the Subleasing Doctor.

Responsibilities

• Provide optometric examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans to patients.
• Collaborate with the Affiliated Doctor on patient care and practice operations.
• Manage patient appointments and use the practice's EHR and recall systems.
• Maintain professional autonomy in patient management while adhering to agreed practice protocols.
