You will use state-of-the-art technology, maintain licensure, train team members, and provide exceptional service that places patients first. This role emphasizes teamwork, quality care, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry must be obtained and in good standing.
• Commitment to quality patient care is essential.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology required.
• Strong communication and listening skills needed.
• Problem solving ability is essential.
• Solid organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure executional excellence and KPI-driven results with the MOD and store team.
• Demonstrate commitment to exceeding results through KPI management and accountability.
