South Florida Vision in South Florida is seeking an energetic Optometrist to join a leading eye care team. You will perform comprehensive vision exams, recommend vision-enhancing solutions, and educate patients on preventive eye health, collaborating with a team of Optometrists and Ophthalmologists across multiple locations.

Residency-trained candidates and those who can conduct exams in Spanish are an asset.

Qualificações

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD) and active license in state of practice.
• Clinical practice experience with current optometric technology and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

You'll perform comprehensive vision exams, recommend vision-enhancing solutions, and promote preventative eye health through patient education. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate and expand your skillset with other Optometrists and Ophthalmologists as well as subspecialties such as cornea, glaucoma, retina, refractive, and oculoplastic.

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. license in the state of practice

Clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
