This full-time role offers professional autonomy and the opportunity to work within a Subleasing Optometrist practice. Responsibilities include providing optometric care while having the flexibility to negotiate practice terms directly with the Subleasing Doctor. Qualifications

• Must have a Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Licensed to practice optometry in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits
