Job summary

Coley & Coley Family Eye Care in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a full-time optometrist to join a compassionate, patient-focused team. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose ocular conditions, fit contacts, and prescribe eyewear using the latest technology.

You’ll work Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a strong benefits package including medical insurance, PTO, production bonuses, malpractice insurance, and continuing education allowance.

Qualifications

• OD degree with licensure (Third Party Administrator certificate preferred).
• 1–3 years of clinical practice; new graduates welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management, leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong business aptitude and ability to deliver patient service with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and diagnose ocular diseases.
