ETS Vision in Indiana is seeking a full-time Optometrist (OD) to join our growing practice near Lafayette. The doctor will perform comprehensive eye health exams, diagnose diseases, and counsel patients in a collaborative, technology-forward setting.

Located in a charming community with a balanced Monday–Friday schedule and two patients per hour, this role offers a competitive salary with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD) required.
• State of IN license to practice.
