Eyetastic Services, LLC, a family-owned optometry practice with multiple Indiana locations, seeks an OD to provide full-scope eye care in a supportive team. The position offers a base salary plus a production bonus, with a typical annual pay range of $140,000–$150,000, plus comprehensive health insurance and a 401(k) plan with match.

In-office schedule is Mon-Fri with collaborative staff including technicians and office managers.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school.
• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye health examinations for all ages.
• Conduct diabetic eye health examinations with reporting to managing physicians.
• Provide emergency eye health examinations for urgent conditions.
• Perform contact lens fittings and evaluations for various lens types.
• Co-manage cataract and other refractive surgeries.
