Position Overview

The Associate Optometrist is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, leading clinical protocols, and collaborating with store management to ensure a safe, motivating, and successful work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent patient service and clinical care according to protocols and standards.
  • Establish positive relationships with patients and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Coach and audit associate doctors on clinical protocols.
  • Ensure accurate diagnosis, appropriate recommendations, and seamless patient experience.
  • Develop training programs for staff in clinical and customer service areas.
  • Participate in performance reviews and collaborate on store success metrics.
  • Recruit, schedule, and supervise staff, ensuring store appearance and inventory accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Doctor of Optometry degree
  • Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
