Ideal candidates are board-certified in optometry with specialty contact lens and post-surgery experience; residency preferred and board certification within five years of hire.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in optometry with experience in specialty contact lenses and post-surgery care.
• Residency training preferred; board certification must be obtained within five years of the date of hire.
• Newer graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive optometry care at the Baraboo clinic within the SSM Health network.
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing education and participate in the integrated eye care program.
