SSM Health Davis Duehr Dean Eye Care in Baraboo, WI is seeking a full-time optometrist to join our integrated ophthalmology and optometry team. You will provide primary eye care, collaborate with ophthalmologists, and contribute to excellent patient outcomes in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates are board-certified in optometry with experience in specialty contact lenses and post-surgery care; residency training is preferred and certification must be obtained within five years of hire.

Ideal candidates are board-certified in optometry with experience in specialty contact lenses and post-surgery care. Newer graduates will be considered; residency training is preferred. Board certification must be obtained within five years of the date of hire. Excellent compensation and benefits will be offered.
