Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica Group, seeks an Associate Optometrist (OD) to provide high-quality eye care and patient services in a full-time capacity. The OD will diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of the visual system while collaborating with the store team to uphold brand standards and patient experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining clinical protocols, delivering clear recommendations, and leveraging technology to enhance care.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certification.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to deliver excellent patient care and experiences.
• Collaborate with the store/practice team and leadership to foster a safe, motivating environment.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Strive to exceed KPI and performance expectations.
• Help position the brand as a leading optical provider in the community.

Conocimientos

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of optometric technology

Educación

Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry
