Job summary

Inspired Selections Group in Elgin is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join an established optical group. You will deliver high-quality eye examinations, use modern diagnostic equipment including OCT, and work with a supportive team to maintain patient care and clinical standards.

Experienced optometrists or newly qualified optometrists are welcome; competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, annual incentive bonus, enhanced leave, and access to CPD and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• GOC-registered optometrist required or eligible.
• Experienced in practice; newly qualified optometrists welcome.
• Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
• Clinically driven and committed to high standards.
• Confident communicator with strong patient relationships.
• Team player within a supportive optical group.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred eye examinations.
• Provide thorough clinical assessments within generous testing times (30–40 minutes).
• Work closely with an experienced optical team and use modern diagnostic equipment including OCT.
• Support patients with ongoing eye health and optical needs.
• Contribute to the continued success of the practice.
• Access to CPD and career development programmes.
• Dedicated time for administration and clinical responsibilities.
