Qualifications

• Must possess an Optometry license in the state of Ohio.
• Graduated from an accredited Optometry school.
• Experience in primary care and specialty contact lenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive optometric care to diverse patients.
• Fit and evaluate contact lenses across various modalities.
• Maintain detailed electronic health records.
• Communicate professionally with patients and staff.
• Offer patient counseling to promote healthy vision.
• Supervise design, fitting, and dispensing of ophthalmic materials.

What You’ll Do

As an Associate Optometrist, you will provide comprehensive optometric care to a diverse patient base, utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment such as a fundus camera, OCT, and topography. Your responsibilities include:

• Fitting and evaluating contact lenses across various modalities
• Maintaining detailed electronic health records
• Communicating professionally with patients and staff
• Offering patient counseling to promote healthy vision
• Supervising the design, fitting, and dispensing of ophthalmic materials
• Providing coverage for emergency calls when necessary
• Completing 15 to 16 comprehensive exams per day and 2 to 3 follow‑up visits
