Job summary

My Vision Centers in Northeast Ohio is seeking a part-time or full-time optometrist to join a thriving, multi-location practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to help patients see clearly and build a long-term career across five locations.

You will perform comprehensive eye exams, use cutting-edge equipment, and manage an electronic EHR system. An Ohio optometry license is required; expect 24–40 hours per week with 21–30 patients daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye examinations with refraction and fundus photography.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to diagnose and treat eye conditions.
• Operate an electronic EHR/Practice Management System using tablets.
• Perform and interpret OCT scans and visual field tests; monitor intra-ocular pressure for glaucoma.
• Recommend eyewear options (frames and lenses) for patients.
• Work 24–40 hours per week and see 21–30 patients daily.

What you'll do

• Provide exceptional care by conducting comprehensive eye examinations, which include refraction and fundus photography.
• Use cutting‑edge technology such as Virtual Visual Field, Visionix VX110 auto‑refraction and keratomery, Visionix Eye Refract system, Topcon Maestro2, and Visionix VX40 autolensometer.
• Operate a fully electronic EHR and Practice Management Systems using iPads within the practice.
• Perform and interpret OCT scans and visual field tests, monitor intra‑ocular pressure for glaucoma, and employ the latest therapies to diagnose and treat dry eye conditions.
• Provide patients with the best eyewear options, including frames and lenses.
• Work 24 to 40 hours per week, with the expectation of treating 21 to 30 patients daily.
