Opportunity for an Optometrist in a successful comprehensive primary care practice in Ridgefield, CT

Ridgefield Family Eye Care, located in Ridgefield, CT, is the area's leading provider of eye health and vision services to Fairfield County and beyond. Our practice features advanced diagnostic equipment, updated exam lanes, and a skilled support staff, offering an excellent environment for a medically motivated optometrist committed to high standards of care.

Our services include primary care for adults and children, myopia management, vision therapy, traumatic brain injury, dry eye, glaucoma, LASIK, and post-cataract co-management. We are equipped with tools such as Iprofiler, Zeiss VF, OCT, Optos, Icare, auto lensometer, and more. The practice also boasts a large optical boutique with hundreds of frames and a comprehensive contact lens department, including specialty and medically necessary lenses.

We offer a Monday-Thursday schedule (9 am - 5 pm) and Fridays (9 am - 3 pm), a competitive salary, quarterly production incentives, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with match, health insurance, paid vacation, CE reimbursement, malpractice insurance, license renewal support, and dues for the State Association and AOA.
