Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctor of Optometry program from an accredited school or college of Optometry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, physiology or other health science related field.
• California Optometrist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
