Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited institution required.
• License in good standing to practice Optometry required.
• NPI number required.
• TPA license required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ vision and eye health; document findings in patient records.
• Consult with patients regarding current status and future care requirements.
• Collaborate with the office team to deliver compassionate, personalized eye care.
