Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited institution.
• CT license in good standing prior to employment.
• NPI required.
• TPA license required.
• Retail/educational/medical office experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate and move about the office.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' vision and health care needs.
• Document findings in patient records.
• Consult with patients about current and future vision care.
• Collaborate with the office team to ensure quality patient care.
