Job summary

LasikPlus, part of LCA Vision Inc., is seeking an Optometrist Leader to guide our Durham vision center. You will lead clinical teams, drive patient care excellence, and shape service delivery in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

As an OD with LASIK/PRK experience, you will perform preoperative and postoperative exams, mentor staff, and collaborate with surgeons to deliver HAPPY NEWS medicine to hundreds of patients each year.

Qualifications

• OD degree and licensure
• LASIK/PRK experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience valued

Responsibilities

• Lead optometry team in Durham vision center.
• Perform preoperative and postoperative LASIK & PRK exams.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with surgeons to deliver high-quality patient care
