Your Opportunity

As an Optometrist in our store, you will work with advanced technology including Retinal Camera, Visual Field Analyzer, Non-contact Tonometer, Corneal Topographer, Optos UWDRS, and OCT. You will understand the lives behind the eyes and help customers maximize their lifestyle enjoyment through tailored eyecare, providing the highest level of customer service.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations for a diverse range of customers, including kids, contact lens wearers, and therapeutics.
• Recommend lens solutions based on customer lifestyles confidently.
• Explain lens technology, including features and benefits, coatings, and extras.
• Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists on technology use and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Managing Optometrists to maximize Eyecare revenue, including technology, optometry labor efficiencies, and Medicare billing.
