Job summary

Visual Eyes Group in Maryland seeks a full-time Optometrist to join a six-location practice, delivering full-scope optometric care to patients across Clinton, Hyattsville, Frederick, Mitchellville, Greenbelt, and Silver Spring.

You’ll perform eye exams, diagnose ocular diseases, prescribe glasses and contacts, and document care in an integrated EHR, while collaborating with technicians and staff in a patient-centered, multi-location setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry (OD) with degree from an accredited optometry school
• Eligibility to practice in Maryland
• Experience with comprehensive eye exams and medical optometry; contact lens evaluations a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye and vision care to patients of all ages
• Perform thorough eye examinations and diagnose refractive errors
• Prescribe glasses and contact lenses; diagnose and manage ocular diseases
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and collaborate with staff
