Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical protocols and deliver high-quality eye care in our Monroeville location. You will collaborate with store leadership to ensure exceptional patient experiences, drive brand standards, and maximize growth through strong partnerships with the MOD and SMM.

The role requires Doctor of Optometry and a focus on patient care. You will use state-of-the-art technology and participate in ongoing Continuing Education to maintain licensure

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem solving ability and solid organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in partnership with the MOD and store team to deliver the brand promise and drive results.
• Manage KPIs and ensure high accountability while maintaining brand leadership in the community.
• Build strong doctor-patient relationships and deliver exceptional patient service.
• Leverage technology to enhance patient experiences and office operations.
• Provide training and guidance to team members and give timely feedback.
• Maintain licensure and Continuing Education requirements and drive staff development.
