The Associate Optometrist at LensCrafters leads the team in delivering the brand promise and the highest quality eye care. You will perform clinical protocols, collaborate with the MOD, SMM and staff, and help drive growth through strong partnerships.

You will manage patient flow, provide eye exams, recommend eyewear, maintain licensure, train colleagues, and uphold service standards while embodying the LensCrafters commitment to patient experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required and licensure in good standing.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid organizational skills.
